I work hard all my life, working since I was 13 years old to put myself through college so that I can contribute to the society and help others. While in school, I also took care of my mother recovering from a stroke. Prior to the sickness, I had always been self-sufficient, and giving - helping the needy.
Stolen life: But the unexpected nightmare happened, I suddenly became violently sick. After seeing over 30 doctors, years of being misdiagnosed, spending my life savings to get well, I was diagnosed with Lyme disease and co-infections including bartonella, babesia, mycoplasma, and other numerous opportunistic bacteria, virus, fungus, parasites, etc.
Life-threatening & debilitating: These multiple infections have been progressing so fast to the point that they cause neurological, cardiovascular, muscular, and respiratory issues, as well diffuse body pain and extreme fatigue among others. Just a lot of unnecessary physical and emotional sufferings!

In addition, moving to a clean, safe and affordable place is crucial for my recovery as the current place has chemical fumes which is detrimental to health.
I am alone as my parents had passed away, and I am single. I have lost a lot of my friends due to this long term sickness. In fact, I have lost everything to this devastating disease. As my medical bills are piling up (since majority of the bills not covered by insurance and our medical system is imperfect), stress and anxiety also increase. I have absolutely no help whatsoever.
The fund raised will be used for medical expenses (medication, treatment, immune support, detoxing, etc.), hiring a part-time helper, and part of the living expenses including housing.
It is very uncomfortable for me to ask for money as I have always been self sufficient. But I desperately need it just like Moses did when he needed water.
Promised land: This health challenge is temporary as soon as I have your help to conquer it, get through to the other side (just like the children of Israel needed to get to the promised land) so that I can contribute to the society again.
