Hi there....we are raising money to cover the cost to replace the items stolen in our 3 latest break-ins. Last night...April 12th, the alarm went off at 1:00 in the am and the police arrived, only to have the thieves gone already. This is the 4th break-in over the last 5 years. In our first incident, the items stolen were gloves, bats, and ball equipment, including pitching machines and bases....these items were used to support the Learn to Play program offered for youth free of charge in the area. In the last 3 thefts, the thieves cut through the chain link fence and the main building wall. They got away with lawnmowers, wheel barrows, hoses, weed whackers, and lots of tools. We are raising money to replace some of the loss. Volunteers with the Giants spend endless hours maintaining the facility. Any monies donated go straight to replacing these items. Thanks for the help!
