Take a Seat in Elmer's Chair

Hello everyone, my name is Elmer Leon-Garcia. I was recently diagnosed with an osteosarcoma, a cancerous bone tumor, on my left shoulder. This diagnosis has not only changed my life but that of my family as well.  I was unfortunately unable to continue attending school this year at UCSD so that I could pursue cancer treatment. My goal with this GoFundMe project is to raise money to help my family through this difficult time. I am also donating half the proceeds to the Jonsson Cancer Center Foundation at UCLA Medical Center (JCCF) which takes 100% of donations straight to doctors who focus on researching cancer cures and alternative methods to current forms of chemotherapy. My brothers from Sigma Alpha Mu at UCSD will be sitting in chairs day and night on Library Walk starting February 17th in support of me! I still have a long road ahead of me, but I know with your help and support we can beat this disease and bring money to help out a great cause :)
