Elmer Faces Uncovered Heart Test Costs

Hello my name is Elmer Phillips and I've either had a heart attack or I have some clogged arteries they are doing a lot of tests EKGs echocardiograms and ultrasounds in my insurance will not cover all of it and I'm needing some help with the bill part of it would really appreciate some help if there's people out there that would help me
