Ellison Ballet Summer Intensive (EBSI)

Hello, I am Francine Ritzman - an 8th grader and student at Evergreen City Ballet in Renton, Washington. I will be attending the Ellison Ballet Summer Intensive in New York, NY this summer for four weeks. EBSI provides an opportunity for a life-changing experience as well as the potential for launching a professional ballet career over the years.

I attended Long Beach Ballet Summer Intensive two years ago thanks to family and friends supporting me through Gofundme. Last year, I stayed home and attended my studio's summer intensive. Once again, I am venturing out (further from home this time) and needing support to follow this dream. I received acceptance letters from Boston, Chicago, and Ellison. I chose Ellison because it has a reputation for greatly improving dancers' technique, and the Ellison audition was a remarkably fun and challenging class that inspired me.
