Hi!

Due to SO much support within our local area of Lymm, Cheshire and having been through the most awful experience in losing our beautiful golden cocker spaniel Ellie in December 2023, we made the decision to set up this GoFundMe page.

From the very beginning we have received support from not only family and friends, but also total strangers who have rallied round helping us in so many ways. All of the support has been hugely appreciated. We knew nothing about lost dogs, and now know so much. We believe that if there was a thermal drone available to us in the first few days (we weren’t able to secure one for over a week), the outcome of our search may have been completely different.

We have been able to raise enough funds for an all singing, all dancing thermal drone that we store at our Lymm address, that is available to Lymm residents and surrounding areas (within a 5 mile radius). The thermal drone has the ability to search for missing animals so we have made this drone available to missing dogs and cats in the local area.

There are ongoing costs related to the thermal drone - new batteries and equipment, as well as insurances etc, so we’re always grateful to donations however big or small.

We have a wonderful team of trained thermal drone pilots that are very committed to our mission.

We want to turn our nightmare experience into potentially another family’s positive one…
