This is Ellie!!!! On march 3, 2023 Ellie was diagnosed with Restrictive Cardiomyopathy. At this time Ellie's diagnosis is terminal, unless we receive the gift of a new heart. We have connected with Seattle Children's Hospital for Ellie's care moving forward. We have a wonderful team there supporting our every need. Ellie will be moving forward to listing for transplant in the next couple months. As we move forward with our journey the kids and myself will be relocating to the Seattle area to be closer to Ellie's care team. Bryan will have to stay in Lewiston for his job and commute over as much as possible to be with us. We need help with travel and living costs and everything that comes along with being faced with this journey.

Ellie’s team has started the transplant evaluation process and unless something big comes up, we will be traveling to Seattle for the whole week of November 13th, for Ellie’s transplant evaluation. This will consist of at least 11 appointments with her care team as well as labs, and a minimum of two medical tests. The team expects it will take about 4 days to complete all the appointments and testing. That is tentative though as they may need more tests and possibly a heart cath, which is a procedure.
