Ellie's Tap and Vine

Simply put, I am raising money so that I start out on the right financial footing.  Opening a restaurant is a huge financial endeavor and it is mostly never accomplished according to a preliminary budget.  I know this from real world experience.  There are many unknowns that pop up during the process that you almost never prepare for, let alone anticipate.  Along with investing my heart and soul into the launch of Ellie's Tap and Vine, I also invested my every last penny.  For those of you who really know me, you know that I believe that pennies make dollars and there is no such thing as too little of a donation.  Starting a business is challenging, for sure, but gosh am I happy!  The support around this project has been immeasurable and at times, so big and so full of emotion that I wasn't sure my heart could handle it.  Some of you were lucky enough to meet my Mom and know that she was a ball of fire and a spitfire and fun and silly and gregarious with a glorious laugh...Just imagine how I feel her presence each time I walk through the door of Ellie's each morning.  I am living my best life and my energy most certainly is making her smile...where ever she is.  If you're able to donate to my campaign, I want you to know how much I appreciate it.  And if you aren't, just the fact that you're still reading this makes me smile.  Lastly, please share the link with people who may be willing to donate.  It took a lot of humility for me to consider this as an option--I mean who wants to see themselves on video?  For real.  Sending all of you much love!  Finally, 100.00 will get you a logo t-shirt; and a 1000.00 will get you a private dinner for 6 with wine pairings and of course endless stories about Ellie.
