Hi everyone,
My name is Ellie and I'm an 18 year old singer/songwriter/musical theatre performer. For the last 4 years I have been training at The Dance School Of Scotland and have been performing across Scotland at various gigs and corporate events since I was 13. This year I auditioned for some of the top Musical Theatre Degree courses in the U.K. and was luckily offered a place at the prestigious and well established Arts Educational School London. As some of you may know Arts Ed has been my desired University for furthering my training and as soon as I walked into the audition, I felt like I was in the right place. As Artsed is known for its outstanding training and is held in high regard in the Musical Theatre Industry, the fees are understandably high.
Unfortunately due to Covid-19, a lot of my plans to fundraise the outstanding amount of my fees have been cancelled and Artsed's Bursary fund for 1st year students has been re-routed. Therefore I have decided to do whatever I can to gain extra support. Even though I have some financial support from my family and hoping to earn from working this summer, I have decided to try alternatives and raise some funds this way.
Any support you can provide during this time no matter how small is greatly appreciated. I am very thankful for the love and support I have received from my family, friends and community so far and I believe in my heart that I can do this and any help will always be remembered.
