Eliana Sofia Georges

As most of you know, Eliana has been battling brain cancer since she was 4.5 months old. In July, she had her second brain surgery to remove new growth. The surgery was successful and everything was going smoothly up until Thursday, November 24th. Eliana was taken to the E.R. at Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital for headache, dizziness and vomitting. She was given a CT scan where they found slight fluid increase in her brain from her past surgery. She was later transported via ambulance to Children's Hospital of Los Angeles so she could be with her team of doctors. By 3am Friday morning she was fighting for her life in ICU and by 11am we were told she wouldn't make it through the day. But little did they know how much fight Eliana really had! Later that evening, we were told by doctors that she was stable! She is still currently in the ICU where she has shown improvements. Eliana will remain at the hospital for an unknown period of time where more tests will be performed. At this time, her parents have been by her side day in and day out and will continue to do so. We are hoping to raise enough money to help pay for medical expenses, missed work, lodging and food. No donation is too small anything helps! Please spread the word and GO TEAM ELIANA!
