Cheshire West & Chester Planning Committee voted overwhelmingly NOT to allow extended well testing at the Ellesmere Port site. IGas has appealed against this decision but Ellesmere Port Frack Free and Frack Free Upton will be fighting them at the forthcoming public inquiry.
