I’ve been thinking about that African Proverb, It takes a village to raise a child, and I’m reminded these past weeks that we often need that village throughout our life…

Many of you have heard the past few weeks for Ellen and Luke D’Antimo have been particularly challenging. Starting with a house fire on August 28th and then finding out of thousands of dollars fraudulent charges on their credit card, which will not be reimbursed by the bank. It’s been a tough go.

Many people have reached out and asked for ways to support. This Go Fund Me is one way to help alleviate the financial stress that these two are currently experiencing. Thankfully, their insurance has been helpful in covering some of their basic needs; however, rebuilding is tough.

Please also keep these two in your prayers! There’s lots of emotions flooding in during this time. Some things you can be praying for:

• Process of moving into new accommodations
