Ella's Wish List

Thank you for visiting Ella's wish list. If you've made it to the GoFundMe, you know that Ella has been in remission since June of 2021, but was recently told that the cancer has returned.

Those that have been following Ella's story, you know that she overcame so much and fought SO hard.. multiple brain surgeries, brain and spine radiation, 5 months of intense chemo. On top of all of that, she had to relearn how to walk, talk and eat.

Scans have always given the family anxiety but everyone believed Ella would stay cancer free. With a broken heart and deep sadness, we learned during a routine mri a few days ago that her cancer has returned. Ella was so happy and proud of herself for doing this mri without sedation. Her doctor advised us to go home and breathe and process things before we make any treatment decisions.

Relapse medulloblastoma is not considered curative but there are chemo options that can potentially prolong life. Daniel and Sarah need to weigh all of the options while keeping quality of life at the forefront. Ella and Benjamin do not know yet, and they won’t until there is a clear path ahead.

Right now the focus is on making happy memories and doing as much as they can as a family while Ella feels good.

In an effort to ease the burden on the Ealy family, we have created this GoFundMe to help alleviate the costs of making Ella's wish list come true, as well as provide funding for their trips back and forth to Memphis/St. Judes.
