I have recently been accepted into the London Marathon 2025 ballot and have decided to fundraise for Kent Search & Rescue. I have worked alongside Kent Search & Rescue who are an amazing support to Kent Police and I have seen how hard they work to assist in locating people and getting closure for families. Kent Search & Rescue is a search and rescue organisation manned by volunteers 24/7/365 and called out by Kent Police, Coastguard, and Local Authority, to locate and rescue vulnerable missing persons, including children, the elderly, dementia or alzheimers sufferers, confused persons, despondents, medically vulnerable and many other persons classified as vulnerable that go missing for a number of reasons as well as victims of crime.
