I am working with Ella's Feline Rescue Mission to trap/spay/neuter/vaccinate/release (known as TNR) feral cats in Hamden County- with a focus on Springfield for now. Some cats may also be able to find homes, depending on their temperament. Even 1 cat, can prevent MULTIPLE litters of kittens from being born outside.
