Ella’s Cyclic Vomiting Syndrome Expenses

I’m Ella’s mom, Elissa. I’ve watched her struggle with this debilitating illness for years. Until just recently it didn’t have a name. We now know that she has Cyclic Vomiting Syndrome. There is no cure. The severity and triggers are different for everyone. She has been in and out of the hospital for months now. Sometimes being seen in the ER, other times she has been admitted. She’s spent as little as a day admitted, and as long as about a week. She has short periods of reprieve, but it never lasts long. She has been unable to work for the last few months as her symptoms have become more and more difficult to manage, which is only adding to the pressures this illness places on her. I am hoping to help cover her medical copayments, the cost associated with testing, procedures, medications, and general expenses. Anything would help take a bit of the stress she’s under.
