Ella's Craniosynostosis surgery

I'm not really sure how this works but I thought I'd give it a shot after I saw a few moms use this site for similar medical expenses for their babies. So here it goes....
A little about me, my name is Jessica, I'm a new grad nurse who's waiting to take her NCLEX, I took a break to take care of my beautiful baby girl named Ella Marie, who is now five months.
During Ella's 4th month check up, the doctor noticed something different about her head, so she sent us to a craniofacial specialist, where she was diagnosed with Metopic Craniosynostosis, which is the premature fusion of the metopic suture, causing the brain to have an inadequate amount of space to grow properly. Sadly the only treatment in her case is surgery. With treatment, her brain is allowed to grow normally, causing no complications later in life.
The neurosurgeon and the plastic surgeon are eager to bring her in as quickly as possible to correct her beautiful little skull, scheduling her for June 27th. The surgeons said that it is possible that Ella will need multiple surgeries to correct her skull, but hopefully this is not the case.
Currently, Ella's insurance only partially covers her surgery, her ICU stay, and post-op care, and so, anything will greatly help! However, my post is not just in search for donations, but to let everyone know what is going on with our baby girl and that we are in need of prayers and a lot of them. This is going to be an extremely difficult time for my family, and it will be filled with a lot of worry and pain. Please pray that her surgery goes well and that there are no complications!!!
