Hi,

My name is Ella, I am a year 9 student and I have been offered a once in a lifetime opportunity by Camps International to go on a 4 week expedition to Cambodia in 2026. I will be helping local communities through projects such as building schools, creating fresh water facilities, conserving local wildlife and habitats, fresh sanitation, as well as much more, as well as engaging with local people and their traditions.

To get to Cambodia I need to raise £4990. All of the money raised will be used to fund my trip to Cambodia where I will help with ongoing projects around the country, which will make a difference for those less fortunate than ourselves.

Whilst travelling around Cambodia I will learn many life skills including building things for residents (houses, play equipment and schools), creating habitats for wildlife, planting trees and plants, complete a scuba diving course and much, much more, all benefiting both me and local communities living there.

I would love to be able to raise enough funds to go on this trip to help people in need, improve my confidence and help develop my own life skills. To do this I will have to independently organise many fundraising events, so my journey of bettering myself as a young individual and the lives of others starts now.

I would be extremely grateful for any and all contributions that anyone could make towards my fundraising.
