Funeral for Ellamai St. Onge

Our beloved Ellamai suddenly passed on December 23rd, 2022 in Kelowna, BC at the tender age of 16. Ellamai was a wonderful daughter, sister, granddaughter, niece, and friend who touched the lives of those around her. She leaves behind her parents, Francois and Vilay and sister, Maybellene. She was also cherished by her grandparents, Khamphay, Phonethip, Yvonne and Jeannie, great-grandma Boun, auntie Dannie and uncle Tyler.

Ellamai was born in Calgary, Alberta on December 19th, 2006 and relocated to Kelowna, BC with her family a few years ago. With her spunky and caring personality, she easily made friends often by displaying her wacky sense of humour. She artfully balanced fun with a hard work ethic by juggling multiple part-time jobs.

We are all devastated by Ellamai’s loss and were not prepared for the high cost of a funeral service. We want to give Ellamai the memorial she deserves, honour her memory and say our last goodbyes.

To help the family prepare the final arrangements, we are currently asking for donations to help cover the cost of Ellamai’s funeral. We would like to raise $15,000 by January 2nd, to be able to afford the funeral service.
