Ella-mae Taggart

Hi I'm setting this go fund me up on behalf of my Neice chloe and her partner jordin who on Sunday 21st of April suddenly and very unexpectedly lost their beautiful baby girl Ella-mae at her tiny wee age of 8 weeks old, As everyone can imagine Chloe and Jordin and our full families world has came crashing down! The pain and Heartache is just unbelievable! As a family we have came together to post this on chloe and jordins behalf to let them grieve together and not have to worry about anything else other than each other, we would all like to help them both give Ella-mae the biggest send off and make it that tiny bit easier for them both.. we would really appreciate any help anyone could give and thank you so much for your help
