Ella James Family - Fire

On the evening of July 28, 2023, the home of Ella James from New Town, ND caught on fire. Ella and her daughter Anita were home at the time of the fire.

Although Ella was able to get outside to safety, her daughter Anita passed away. Funeral services for Anita took place on Friday, August 4,2023.

Anyone who knows Ella knows she loves her family , friends and community and has a heart of gold. Ella always greets everyone with a smile and warm heart. She touches the lives of so many each and every day. She is always so kind and humble and would never ask anyone to go out of their way for her. This is an unimaginable tragedy for her to endure. Her home and belongings are also a complete loss. There is extensive fire/smoke and water damage.

Any donations will be used to cover the cost of expenses incurred while she rebuilds her home and recovers from this terrible tragedy.
