Elkins Family Needs Your Support Now

My name is Lawrissa Elkins and my husband’s name is Thomas Elkins. My husband Thomas was involved in an accident where he was trying to get a truck unstuck and a freak accident happened. The chain snapped that he was using to try to pull the truck out with, resulting in whipping back and hitting him in his face. He was airlifted to Vanderbilt Hospital where he received treatment for his injuries. While things could have ended up much worse, we were lucky that his injuries were non life threatening and we are now back home. Unfortunately with the injuries to his face his left eye is swollen shut and he is unable to work. At this time it is unclear how long he will be off. My husband strives to do his best in making sure his family is taken care of. He has been working nonstop to be successful in his endeavors for doing tree work and even expanding into getting a dump truck with his dad. I am extremely proud of the life that he has worked so hard to make for us. With that being said bills are still due and he is not able to work to make the money that is needed for the payment on everything. While everyone is working with us, it will only last so long. Any help would be greatly appreciated and go straight towards expenses. Thank you.
