There are some people out there that don't share no blood or relation to you, yet you consider them family. Jeremy is that person I consider my family and this is the reason for setting up this fund for him.
Jeremy Azevedo (El Jerome) as everyone knows him around Stockton, California is a great father, passionate artist very humble and selfless person who would help his family/friends no questions asked no matter the situation. So now I'm asking if you could find it in your heart to help him in his time of need.
On Nov. 17, 2015 Jeremy was a victim to a hit and run. As he was leaving a friends tattoo shop to meet a client flying in from another state to be tattooed by him. He was hit by a truck on his motorcycle sending him flying over and instantly breaking his Fibula. The Truck then backed over his motorcycle dragging it across the street then drove off dragging the motorcycle until it finally released from underneath the truck. The man got away and has not been caught. Jeremy was then rushed to the hospital where he would undergo surgery placing a rod and screws in his leg.
Jeremy is an amazing tattoo artist and that is where his lively hood comes from to support his 4 beautiful children as well as keep a roof over his head, food on the table and his bills paid. So we are asking for donations to help him with his medical bills, rent and everyday living necessities until he's able to get on his feet and start working again. He has a very strong support system to help him get better. But financially it is going to be a struggle for him. I know it is the holiday season and times are hard for all anything would help and be truly appreciated especially by this amazing man we all look at as a brother.
The pictures below are of Jeremy's work. A career and passion he put his blood, sweat and tears into. Not only could the man driving the truck have taken Jeremy's life from his children, family and friends he would've took a a man who gives back to people through his tattoos. Jeremy is truly gifted and with whatever donations you could give will make his recovery that much more speedy due to the fact he won't have to stress over how he can pay rent, provide for his children and pay his bills.
