Eliza’s Vision Therapy

My daughter, Eliza, has perfect vision in her right eye but her left eye is what needs help. Her left eye is very weak and because of that her brain never formed a connection with it. It doesn’t recognize that she has a left eye at all so she only has use of her right eye. The glasses are designed to strengthen her left eye to hopefully make her brain realize it’s there and start using it. That unfortunately has not made any improvements. We have been on a waitlist with UC Berkeley’s Binocular Department so that she can have further testing and vision therapy done. We finally got the call after a whole year of being on the waitlist to get her in to see them.
She will be having 2 vision assessment appointments and then a minimum of 12 vision therapy appointments depending on what they find and what she needs.
This is where we need help! Unfortunately, insurance does not cover any of this. We are reaching out asking for any assistance to help fund her appointments which will be done weekly. Her first appointment is Saturday June 29th. Yes, they have Saturday appointments, which we are so thankful for as well! 
Help Eliza see the whole world and not just half of what it has to offer!
