I am raising money to help pay costs to compete in LPGA/Symetra Tour Qualifying School for the 2020 season. I am working hard to save money and practicing diligently on my golf game to get ready for these important weeks of competition, however, unfortunately I cannot afford the expenses to compete in Q-school this year.
Costs to compete are $3,000 for Stage 1, along with another $3,000 for Stage 2, combining to $6,000 total. This doesn't include other expenses for the 2 weeks as well such as hotel, practice rounds, flight, car rental, caddie, and other costs. Stage 1 is in Palm Springs, CA the second half of August and Stage 2 is located in Tampa, FL area the beginning of October.
I played well at Stage 1 last year and advanced to Stage 2 (Top 90/450 girls), so I'm confident I can do it again, however I need your help getting there. Competing in Q-School is key for my development and career as it allows me access to compete the 2020 calendar season. Furthermore, playing Q-School is the only way to gain access to the LPGA/Symetra Tours.
I hope I can continue to pursue my dream of playing professional golf on the LPGA Tour. I have had success this past 2019 season on the Symetra Tour, finishing T33/150 in Pottstown PA shooting 71,70,69! I have also previously competed on the LPGA Tour in the 2013 U.S. Women's Open. I am confident in my talents and abilities, and believe I can shine in 2020. With your help, hopefully I can go back to Q-School and compete on the LPGA/Symetra Tour again next year!
Anything helps, and I appreciate you taking the time to listen to my story!
