I am in trouble, my home is being foreclosed on for a personal loan ( $23,000) I took out after my Mom died to pay off bills, from a long time friend of my Dad’s, Thomas Philpott ( of Dennis). I had a car accident that left me laid up right after taking the loan & was laid up for several years with Brain trauma, heart, & physical injuries. I have also had COVID long strand ( long term virus) which laid me up as well & put me in the hospital. Mr. Philpott & his attorney Matt Dubly ( Yarmouth) are foreclosing on my home for $53,00.00 (their interest, fees, & auctionaire.) I don’t want to lose the house that I grew up in & still live in. This is the house Mr Philpott ate 3to 5 times a week & holidays for almost 40 years, because he had no where to go. He knew I was recovering from the injuries & he strategically scheduled court hearings knowing I couldn’t show up to stop him. I’ve always had every intention of paying him back once I got better & could do my flower business full time But with the medical bills, Mr Philpott ‘s growing balance for the pan I’ve gotten deeper into debt. I have never asked for money or anything nor did I do a fund raiser since my car accident. I always paid everyone that walked through my door to help me since my car accident & being sick with Covid long strand. I will have no where to go with my fur baby family. I need your help to save my home
