Elizabeth Parker Fundraiser

Donation protected

On Sunday, January 3rd, Elizabeth Parker had a massive heart attack. During the heart attack, she coded and emergency CPR and defibrillation was performed, which saved her life. She was immediately taken to the Cath Lab where two stents were placed in her CORRECTION: LAD artery. She was placed on a temporary pace maker and ventilator, and a balloon was placed while her heart heals. She was deemed in critical, but stable condition.

Yesterday, January 5th, they were able to remove the pace maker and balloon. She currently is still sedated and intubated. We are hoping for a strong recovery and monitoring her progress closely as each day passes.

Once she is released, she will transfer to Cardiac Rehabilitation as she begins her long journey of recovery.

Liz is the mother of two young children, Alyssa and Austin. She has worked for the KPD Records Department for several years and is a well loved member of their team. She graduated from Tremper High School and Phoenix University.

If you know Liz personally, you know she is always the one to light up the room. Her friends and family can always count on her for anything they need, whether it is a laugh, cry, or advice. She works extremely hard to take care of everyone she loves and in such a time, we hope to take care of her.

We have created this GoFundMe in hopes of relieving some of the financial burdens of the medical bills that Liz will face after her recovery. We appreciate all of the love and support her friends and family have shared in such a troubling time. Sending all of the prayers, love, and positive energy to Liz.
