Elizabeth and Margie are healing and feeling better each day. They are still trying to figure things out while down one car, but are grateful to be alive.

Their dog, Sadie, went into surgery yesterday and thankfully it was successful. They removed debris from her stomach that was the size of a loaf of bread. The vet said she was up this morning and wagging her tail. Sadie should be able to come home tomorrow.

Elizabeth and her mom were involved in a terrible accident on their way out of town. They were hit head on by someone going the wrong way on 71. Fortunately, they are okay, but do have ongoing medical problems as a result. Elizabeth’s car was totaled and they are truly lucky to be alive.

Now, their dog Sadie is experiencing a medical emergency that will likely require urgent surgery or she will have to be put down. Elizabeth has saved several dogs she found on the side of the highway and in a box at a busy intersection, so I am hopeful we can return the favor by now helping her dog.

Both Elizabeth and her mom are unbelievably helpful and kind people who adore their dogs. They are really struggling financially given their recent accident and unexpected vet bills and could really use your help.
