Today I say goodbye to my mom after three years of battling stage four colon cancer. She is my best friend, my heart, and my world. She was there for me, my grandparents who we live with and my brother. She was actively involved in my school's football and cheer programs at Washingtonville high school. She would be on the sidelines cheering the Wizards to victory. She was granted her last wish which was to see me graduate. The Washingtonville High School principal and the community helped me make this wish happen. She was also dedicated to her patients as a nurse of 25 years. Even when she was working full time and getting chemo almost everyday to keep moving forward, she would always make sure her patients came first no matter how tired she was. If you can help my family in our time of need and despair. My mom was the one who financially took care of us and now the financial burden is more than we can bare. My family would be forever grateful with any amount you can donate, and if you cannot please share with family and friends. We thank you in advance.
