Dear friends, family, and community members,

My name is Ana M. Noriega, I’m one of Elizabeth “Lisa” Torres’ sisters. Our family has created this on behalf of Lisa’s daughters, Anisa Victoria and Arleen Itzel.

It’s with heavy hearts that we share the news of the passing of our beloved Lisa Torres on Saturday, November 4th, 2023.

Lisa was a loving daughter, sister, tia, friend to many & a mother who tragically left behind two beautiful daughters. During this time of profound grief, we’re reaching out to you, our community, for support in giving Lisa the farewell she deserves.

Given the tragic circumstances surrounding Lisa’s passing, it’s her daughters’ desire to honor their mom with a traditional burial.

Lisa touched the lives of everyone she met with her infectious passion for life, her smile, loud voice, free spirit, warm heart, and her love for music and dancing. She was able to connect with 2 generations of nieces and nephews in a unique fun loving way.

Lisa’s sudden departure has left our family with a void in our hearts, and we are committed to ensuring that the circumstances surrounding her death do not overshadow the many beautiful memories she created with us all.

The donations will be used to cover the expenses associated with Lisa’s burial.

Every contribution, no matter the size, will go directly towards covering the costs associated with Lisa’s burial, any remaining funds will be given to her daughters Anisa and Arleen.

We understand that not everyone may be able to contribute financially. Your thoughts, prayers, and sharing of this campaign within your social platforms are equally valuable and deeply appreciated.
