Elizabeth is a beloved classroom assistant at Viroqua Area Montessori School and is also well-known for her cashier position at Quillin's. Unfortunately, she was diagnosed with breast cancer at the end of August 2022, which has impeded her ability to continue to make ends meet as the sole provider for her household. The doctors didn’t want to waste any time in doing a double mastectomy, so Elizabeth underwent surgery, praying she could just quietly take a leave of absence, and be back before anyone missed her. No such luck.

Elizabeth has had to miss more work than was originally intended. She was hoping to be back at work in early December of 2022, but due to complications, she can't return to work until things are resolved. Elizabeth's two jobs are her only source of income, putting her in the uncomfortable position of needing assistance. Since she is unable to work, she could use our support to help with medical and living expenses.

All Elizabeth wants to do is return to her students, who she misses more than anything!

Some of you may know that she lost her sister Annette Park to breast cancer 6 years ago and not having her sister here for support has made this a difficult dark journey.
