In Loving Memory of Eliud Kipsang – Help Us Bring Him Home

Dear friends, family, and compassionate supporters,

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved Eliud Kipsang, who left us far too soon on June 10th, following a sudden cardiac arrest. Eliud showed early symptoms and was rushed to the emergency department, where he was later admitted to the ICU. Despite the tireless efforts of the medical team, he was pronounced dead shortly after.

Eliud was living in Alabama, USA, where he pursued his education at the University of Alabama. He was not only a dedicated student but also a passionate athlete who proudly represented the university on its athletics team, specialising in track events. His strength, discipline, and bright spirit inspired many both on and off the field.

As a family, we are now facing the painful task of laying Eliud to rest and honouring his memory. We are organising this fundraiser to help cover the costs of funeral and memorial services, as well as to support the process of repatriating his body so that he may be laid to rest back home with the love and dignity he deserves.
