Hi My name is Matthew and I am one of the team captains for the ELITE RUNNING TEAM. Each year we field a team and run in a prestigious Law Enforcement relay race called Baker2Vegas that fields over 300 teams all throughout the United States and Internationally. Baker2vegas is a 20 person relay race that starts in the city of Baker, CA and ends in the city of Las Vegas, NV totaling 120 miles from start to finish. We run every year to honor our fallen brothers and sisters in blue that gave up the ultimate sacrifice. This race is a memorial and tribute to their sacrifice and to make sure they are always remembered. This fundraiser is put together to raise money to pay for the teams entry fee ($2300), Command Post ($300-400) Supplies(water,Gatorades,snacks) and for the following years race. Family, Friends and Coworkers we are asking for any amount of donations will be greatly appreciated to help us reach our goal of $4000. Last year we placed 57th out 237 teams. We cannot run this race without the support by our friends and family and for that, we thank you!
