#EliStrong Faith Over Fear
On April 15,2021, 10 year old Eli Cox was unexpectedly diagnosed with Stage 3 Clear Cell Sarcoma of the kidney. Already, Eli has had to undergo a major surgery to remove the tumor, 11 lymph nodes and a kidney. He’s had a chemo port inserted under the skin on his chest. Eli is scheduled to undergo 6 days of radiation in addition to 28 weeks of cancer treatments that could stretch out over the next 6-12 months or more. Eli’s childhood has changed drastically. The lives of his family have changed just as drastically. Eli’s dad Aaron will have to miss countless days of work and will have extra expenses to take Eli to countless hospital visits and purchase special medical supplies.
Our community came together to support Eli with a large parade. Now we need your help again to help support Eli and his family for the hard days to come.
I grew up with Aaron (Eli’s Dad). This family means the world to me! I personally know how it feels to be told “your child has cancer”. I will forever be grateful for the help my family received when our daughter was diagnosed❤️ I understand that Covid has affected every single person,please help in any way you can❤️
