In Loving Memory of Elissa Dawn Harvey (1972–2025)

On the afternoon of September 23, 2025, the lives of so many family and friends were shattered. Elissa was in a fatal car accident and was pronounced dead at the scene from the injuries she sustained. Her family is still in shock, trying to process the pain and grief of this unimaginable loss.

Truly one of a kind, Elissa was a selfless, free spirit…a kind-hearted, sweet soul always willing to help others, even when it came at a cost to herself. She viewed her time as a volunteer at 11 13 Ministries as an opportunity to serve others in her walk of faith.

Besides her many friends, she leaves behind a large loving family that includes 6 children, 22 grandchildren, and many “bonus” grandkids who adored her beyond words.
