Elisha Garcia Memoriam

My mother Elisha was taken from us so suddenly and unexpectedly. The circumstances regarding her death are too terrible to detail here. I am 19 years old, and my younger sister, MJ, is 12. Together we are facing many difficult circumstances. The responsibility of caring for my sister has fallen to me. We need to figure out where we are going to live long term, and also, how we are going to honor our mother’s last wishes. We are both trying our best to get through this tragic time together. I am asking for help with various expenses as I pursue aid for myself and my sister.  My mom was the only parent she had. I’m currently working full time as I finish my senior year of high school. My boyfriend has been helping me through all this, working full time himself. We are both anticipating many upcoming challenges as I’m enrolled in college pursuing becoming a midwife, and he will be starting boot camp for the Marines this summer. 

    We are asking for your help in order to go on without our Mom. Any donations will help immensely with providing care, food, housing for my sister, and general expenses. I believe its what my mother would have wanted.

   Elisha is survived by her two boys Anthony and Reymond (24) as well as her two girls Elyssa (19) and MJ (12) who all live in Albuquerque.
