My name is Elise Blake and I have been performing since the age of 3. My dream is to become a professional entertainer.
I have been privileged enough to have spent the last year at Redroofs School of Performing Arts where I have had the most amazing year, meeting some amazing new people and being part of something really special. I have however become really homesick and miss being at home with my family. I tried for months and hoped that I would settle but everyday it became more difficult and I was so sad. As much as I loved the school, I just wanted to be at home with my mum and my brother and sister.
After lots of tears and pleading with my mum, she agreed that I could come home and that we could seek other options. This has been a really difficult time for us as a family as my mum has always done what she can, to give me the oppotunities to follow my dreams. This has meant that many sacrifices have been made. I have been working hard for so many years and feel that I cant give up now. I am one step closer to fulling my dream, and feel relieved to be back home.
The only issue we face now is that the scholarship has already been given out, and we now have to find the termly fees.. I am raising money to go towards my school fees which total £4.350 per term. I have already applied to some charities that may be willing to offer some funding but nothing has yet been confirmed. I am also looking for sponsors but at this point have had no luck. At first my mum said we couldnt open a fund me page, as she didnt feel it was right to ask people in such a finanical difficult time to support me, however we have had many people contact us, telling us they would like to help and that we should set up a go fund me page. Any money raised will only be spent on the school fees and everything including receipts will be available to share online.

I will never give up, and will continue to jump over every hurdle that I am faced with....
