My name is Elijah, my friends and family call me Eli, and I have been living out as a trans man for the last several years. I came out in 2021, after hiding who I was for years, and started my transition shortly after. Living as a man these past few years has been amazing and I finally feel like myself, but getting top surgery done has always been the final piece of the puzzle. I now have the opportunity to get it done and truly be myself, but I need some help getting there.

If my goal is met, I’ll be able to pay for the amount not covered by insurance, plus keep myself afloat for the month and a half I expect to be out of work while in recovery. I will still be putting my own savings in, but anything helps and it truly goes a long way in making my dream of living as my true self a reality. Thank you so much.
