My name is Elio, i’m a 22 year old transgender man living in the uk. I’ve been on testosterone for a while now, and i am struggling severely day to day with my intense dysphoria, and i am absolutely desperate to get top surgery. Getting this surgery will be absolutely life saving for me, because my dysphoria is severely affecting my mental health.

I am also both physically and mentally disabled, and have an assistance dog, so i’m unable to work and i am currently on benefits and living on that isn’t ideal while trying to also raise money for this life altering surgery. My dysphoria is getting worse by the day, and it’s coming to a point where it’s beginning to be unliveable and unbearable.
