Tuesday, April 21, 2025, 8:25pm: I put my phone on top of a cardboard box on my kitchen table. My lovely and curious cat Francine decided to investigate the box, and took a bold leap from the ground to land flawlessly on top. She failed to realize that most of the box was hanging over the edge, and so her, the box, and my phone went tumbling to the ground. She of course landed on all four paws, but my phone did not, and now shuts down every 30 seconds.

So, I need a new (used) phone! The sooner I get one, the sooner I can call Illinois State Treasurer Michael Frerichs again to demand that he divest from Israel Bonds. I'm unable to cover the full cost myself at this time, and I'm sure many of you are in a similar position. But I would greatly appreciate anything you can donate at the moment. Thank you!
