Elim Asfaha Mehari

Elim Asfaha Merhari lived a remarkable life that began in Asmara, Eritrea, where she was born and raised. After completing high school, she embarked on a journey of service, dedicating herself to her homeland by participating in the Eritrean National Service from 1994 to 2000. Following this period, she joined her brother in the USA to seek medical treatment, showing incredible resilience and determination.

Elim will be fondly remembered for her unwavering generosity and her role as a dedicated family ambassador, uniting loved ones and friends alike. Her passing on October 24, 2023, in Minneapolis, Minnesota, was surrounded by her family and friends, a testament to the love she inspired in those who knew her.

Her legacy of service, generosity, and love will be greatly missed. As we remember Elim, may God bless her soul and provide serenity to her grieving family during this difficult time.
