Hello my name is Jessica and I have created this Go Fund me page in hopes to help my son Elijah accept

an amazing opportunity that has been presented to

him! Elijah in the past year or so has expressed

interest in the Medical field and has recently been

selected to attend a program at University of

California, Los Angeles (UCLA) through the

National Youth Leadership Forum for Medicine.

This program offered by Envision will give Eli a

hands on experience and an opportunity to receive

insight from health care professionals that will help

Elijah move forward in his decision and possible

career in Medicine.

I would love nothing but to give Eli a chance to attend a program that will hopefully help him

decide if this is really something he would like to

dive into! With this opportunity comes a price tag

that is heavy for myself alone to insure that he can

accept this unbelievable chance to participate. Any
