Elijah Reid Recovery Fund

Donation protected

Sept 1st 2019 my friend Elijah was involved in a hit and run on the hwy on the way to have fun riding his dirtbike in the hills (he rides a street legal dual sport motorcycle).

From Elijah's Instagram:

"Yesterday I was involved in a motorcycle accident on Old Hwy 80. I was going east when a car turned into me clipping my left. The driver fled the scene leaving me with 2 broken leg bones, a mostly detached left foot, and fractures on my lumbar.  I was airlifted to the hospital in San Diego and I will be here for the next week or so, as they may have to amputate my foot.  Please pray for me."

Elijah is a good kid who just loves to ride and run. These two things are very close to my own heart, so I share a kinship with him.

This accident will take him out of work for quite some time. No doubt his motorcycle, his only form of transportation (he doesn't even have an automobile license), is also destroyed.

Please find it in your heart if you can to help ease the financial burden during his recovery.

I've put an initial goal at $5,000 to help him with some income and the loss of his motorbike. We should easily be able to hit this for goal for him.

Thank you!
