In honor and memory of our friend, mentor and tireless champion for Jewish youth education: This fund will provide a weekly stipend to young men between the ages of 13-17 who prepare and perform a portion of the weekly Torah reading at a minyan in Stamford CT.

It is difficult to understate the amount of effort it takes these young men to prepare well for publicly reading the weekly Torah portions. With sports, computers and other daily distractions this task requires significant dedication, focus and commitment. It is this fund's goal to help encourage as many of our local youths who are already pulled to this holy task to keep reading regularly.
