Micro Preemie Eli's NICU Fund

Eli Randall Barrett was born February 18, 2015 weighing in at 1 pound 11 ounces and 12.5 inches long. At 26 weeks and 4 days pregnant I was told after a 9 day stay at the hospital that I would be delivering Eli within the next 45 minutes. My blood pressure was out of control and I had developed preeclampsia during my hospital stay. Because of that, the blood flow to my placenta was decreasing quickly and it was affecting Eli. He needed to come out immediately. We were all terrified and worried sick that Eli might not be ok. We prayed hard and had hundreds of people praying too. The Neonatologist came to speak to Josh and I about the risks and to prepare us for a hard fight. At 2:00 Pm Eli Randall Barrett came into the world screaming. I cried with joy listening to our baby boy cry despite what the doctors said about him being too weak. He has continued to amaze us every day at how strong he is and shown us that he will fight with every ounce of his being to come home to us as soon as possible. 
We anticipate a long stay for Eli or at least until he is gestationally 40 weeks old which is still another 13 weeks away. We are asking for your help to raise money to cover his NICU stay and procedure costs. Thank you from the bottoms of our hearts for your donations and prayers.
