Hi everyone! Jeff Eliason's family here.

Many of you know that Jeff had a double lung transplant two years ago. During these miracle years, he was able to spend more time with his family, friends, and the ones he kept close.

A month ago, he had some back pain that progressed quickly enough to send him to the emergency room. After many scans and tests, it was discovered that he had stage 4 squamous cell carcinoma. Despite radiation treatments and a round of immunotherapy, the decision was made to start hospice care for him.

We all know that it takes a village. We are asking for some help to take at least part of this burden off of Michelle's shoulders. She has been a warrior through it all and it's her time to be served by the people she has been serving all these years.
