Bible College Fundraiser!

Hey there!
My name is Elias Mahfoud and I am so excited to share with you that I've received a scholarship by faith to attend C3 Bible College at Oxford Falls in Northern Sydney, Australia.

What do I mean by Faith? 
I mean that Jesus Christ came to me while I was praying, with an
invitation to receive the scholarship if only I were to apply for it,
so apply for it is exactly what I did.

He assured me that I would be chosen, and after excitedly and nervously going on an adventure to a C3 Conference in Sydney early 2019, where they would announce the winner... Sure enough, I was chosen!
His Word and His Promise to me was true.

Well, the scholarship is for a Certificate IV in Creative Arts and Ministry and this is so exciting for me because I get the opportunity to spend all my time with God and make heaps of new friends and people I can do life with, in Christ, while also exploring the dreams that God has placed on my Heart towards artistry and creativity!!

I am so grateful to have received this gift from God and I plan on living it through wholeheartedly with as much trust as possible!

So, in saying that,
The scholarship itself covers the tuition for the time that I'll be on campus.

I feel like there are still so many more things that God wants to do with me while I'm over there, and I want to be real with you, I need a lot of help, and I hope you can understand where I'm coming from when I say this. 

After being homeless and living in a state of poverty for most of my upbringing and teenage years, couch surfing and staying with mates at their place, I believe that since I met Jesus about two years ago, He has taken me from being helpless and alone, from not being able to ask for help or reach out to anybody for assistance, to finding and giving me the courage to do something like this!
And I am eternally grateful. 

Here are some of the things I'll be needing as I move forward:
-Air Fair tickets from Tasmania to Sydney
-Public transport cost from the airport to Oxford Falls where I will be living
-Rent and general living expenses with the family I will be staying with (Off-campus as there is no on-campus accommodation). 
-General School supplies, for example, Art materials, such as paints, brushes, tools, books, journals, writing materials, and things of that nature.
-Extracurricular activities and fellowship needs.
-To potentially get a car and then any expenses for that car.
-High Cost of Northern Sydney Living
It would mean absolutely so much to me to have your support on this next step on my journey as a child of God, and you would be blessing me in ways that I didn't even know I could be blessed and loved on. You would be helping me overcome the troubles of my past and step into my awesome future with God.
