Mr. Elias Melgar a resident from Santa Ana, El Salvador passed away Sunday July the 19th due to a heart attack. He was currently visiting his daughter (Roxana Melgar) in Huntsville Texas on a visa. Elias Melgar passed away a month before returning back him country, and now the family have found themselves in a very tough and expensive situation. Mr. Melgar has to be transported back to El Salvador in the next upcoming week and the expenses are out of the reach of his family due to economy struggle and the high expenses of the process.
