Elfreda Berry Memorial Fund

We are fund raising to help cover memorial expenses for Elfreda “Susie” Patton-Berry. She lost her battle with breast cancer on Wednesday, December 8, 2021. Elfreda was a beloved mother and grandmother who deeply loved her family and friends. Her entire life was devoted to caring for her family through hard work, and perseverance so that her family could prosper. Sadly, in 2016 she was diagnosed with Stage 1 breast cancer. Despite rigorous treatment and undergoing a mastectomy, the cancer came back in 2018 and then metastasized to Stage 4. After 5 years of battling, the cancer spread throughout her body. All of our available resources have been exhausted for local and out-of-state treatments that were not covered by her insurance.

Elfreda was a respected member of the community and head cheerleader for her loved ones. All who were fortunate enough to be considered family or friend deeply miss the light she brought into each of our lives. She is survived by her only daughter Shantel and two granddaughters Brianna and Kileigh. Thank you for your support of Elfreda Berry's family as we celebrate her 65 years of life.
