Hi everyone, we are Ruby and Juan, over the last two weeks our 3 year old daughter Elena (Nena) has undergone several scans and tests. We received some pretty hard and unexpected news, as she was unfortunately diagnosed with neuroblastoma, a pediatric cancer usually found and diagnosed before the age of 5. Her doctor has set her treatment plan to begin sometime next week and to span over the next 18 months, and is optimistic about it. Due to the many appointments and surgeries that are to come, we will be taking unpaid time off. So we are in need of some help in order to maintain our medical and house expenses.
